Additionally, if you, as a customer, provide personal data other than your own (e.g., the personal data of third-party individuals such as your clients), we act as a data processor on your behalf. In such cases, we ensure that all data processing activities comply with the provisions of the Information Act and GDPR. As a data processor, we undertake to safeguard the privacy of any third-party data you share with us and process such data strictly within the scope of the services provided to you.

The Company declares that the email lists provided by it are not subject to personal data processing, taking into account their origin from public records.
